This is me Dec 31,2016 and again July 8 2017... April 12th I decided that if I was really unhappy with myself I needed to change and I had want to... well so I started working out, stopped drinking sodas, sweet tea basically just water is what I would drink! Started going to the gym every evening sometimes in the morning before work!! Since April 12th I have lost 20lbs...I feel great and started feeling better about myself!! My point is if you want something bad enough you will make it happy like I did!! I didn't notice the results until people kept asking me so I had to do a comparison picture to actually tell for myself!!
